Natto Bacillus. It is stickey with a strong smell and unique taste, but

Black Natto is made from black soybeans grown in Blenheim. The taste and
smell are milder than yellow natto. It has same nutrition as yellow natto
but Black soybean contains Anthocyanins in the black skin. It is powerful
