Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented with Natto Bacillus. It is stickey with a strong smell and unique taste, but natto is known as a high nutritious food. It is rich with protein, fiber and vitamins.

Black Natto is made from black soybeans grown in Blenheim. The taste and smell are milder than yellow natto. It has same nutrition as yellow natto but Black soybean contains Anthocyanins in the black skin. It is powerful antioxidants and may help boost the immune system, maintain health and prevent disease.
